Special Awareness

It asks for operation skills and technical requires during operating the press machines from HFJ. All the mis-operations are non-related with the quality of press machines. 

 

Take the compressed air into power for instance: 

Compressed air media should be filtered. (40 micron filter net).

Suitable lubrication could prolong usage. (Lubricated oil ISO32).

Compress air: 2.0~8.0kg/cm2.

Air lines and pipes should be clean before connecting pneumatic components which protects debris from entering. Under cold circumstance, anti-cold measures should be taken to avoid water to be frozen. Before using those components, they should be tested freely, avoiding to be broken by huge impact. For the unloaded components, antirust measures are needed. It should confront with technical requires before components assembly, such as voltage, frequency, working power, and temperature as well. It must be aware of the air fluent direction and jointer tooth correction. It is better to undo it under the shaken circumstance. It suggests that muffler and muffler valves should be required. Bandage for leaking should be above the tooth end. All the dust in pipes, such as metal particles, dusts, oil dirties should be cleared. 

 

Take the hydraulic oil into power for instance:

Hydraulic station from HFJ uses 46# anti-wear oil. It should ensure all the oil entrance and rings are closed before oil filling. Using filtering tool (filter precision <10 micron>fulfill the oil slowly, and stop at the highest level of level gauge. After fulfilling, it must not turn on the machine at once. It needs some time to get rid of the air bubbles. It should deal with rusting, metal particles, and welding slag for the pipes. After assembly, pipes needs to be washed, maintained (see manual book for assembly and maintenance) Timely fasten: all the nuts and jointers should be checked regularly (once a month). Timely sealing exchange: once for six month Timely clean hydraulic valves and oil box: first once for three month, later once a half year Timely exchange spool: first once for three month, later once a half year Timely filter and exchange hydraulic oil: first once for three month, later once a half year Check the oil temperature regularly (over 40º should be cooled down).
